Science fair is an educational opportunity that encourages students in grade 6-12 in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education. Science fair teaches all students critical thinking and project planning skills.
We need 200 more judges and 30 more volunteers to help at the 80th Annual Twin Cities Regional Science Fairs held on March 2-3, 2018, in the Lee & Rose Warner Coliseum at the state fairgrounds. Sign up on our website or call or email for more information. Fun science, food, and parking provided.
We need the most help on Friday, March 2, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. in any time blocks you can give! Judging projects is on Friday March 2 from 4-9 pm. We need volunteers to help with the registration table, stuffing envelopes, score entries, and more. Please see our website at www.tcrsf.net and click on "Judges" (or on "Volunteers" for non-judging assignments). Click on "Register" to register and create your own password to enter our science fair online system. Once registered, use the "Login" page to update your preferences and RSVP.

Volunteers should like kids! Judges should also have a minimum of a bachelors degree in science or engineering or more than 5 years work experience.
We provide catered buffet dinner on Friday evening for all our judges and volunteers. Food, fun, encouraging students in science, and volunteering. Come and give a little time for this very worthwhile cause.
