Friday Morning Gardeners

Friday Morning Gardeners is a hands-on program that is perfect for the rugged volunteer who is eager to get their hands dirty with tasks such as: planting, sweeping pathways, clearing plant debris, deadheading, weeding, and removing invasive species. Horticultural volunteers may do light pruning. Volunteers work as a team on Friday mornings. After attending an orientation session, volunteers are asked to commit to a Friday shift from 9am-12pm and volunteer for at least 3 hours per month or 36 hours per year.
