Weekend Watering Assistants
Lord & Schryver weekend gardening volunteers help ensure that our displays are refreshed and groomed over the weekend. Activities include deadheading, watering, and tidying areas. Scheduling is flexible for this early morning role. Volunteers plan their schedule with the Garden Manager, and commit to helping two or more times per month. These volunteers are busiest May to September. Volunteers who enjoy gardening and would like to help at Gaiety Hollow, but might only have weekend availability, are good candidates for this opportunity. All volunteers must attend an orientation session. Training will be provided.

We are in need of capable people who are willing to roll up their sleeves! We are a volunteer run organization with opportunities both indoors and out. We aren't all work--there is often coffee and baked goods involved and lots of good humor and laughter.
