Planning Committee: Event planning team members will assist in planning and overseeing Heart-to-Heart’s fundraisers. This team will be built from experienced fundraisers and up in coming talent.
The skills you need to apply for this opportunity: creative, energetic, organized, knowledge of google docs.

Venue/ Site Supervisor: venue research and logistics; floor plans, timeline, vendor table request etc.
Fundraising Committee: sponsorship request, In kind donation request
Budget: someone who would like to oversee budget for each event right now we are coordinating 3.
Decoration committee : design and implement decorations for each event. Working closely with our budget team. Assembles auction baskets.
Event secretary: someone who will take notes during our meetings and remind committee members of next meeting dates. Coordinates and oversees timeline.
Quality control: I like to have 3 people who review all event materials.
Marketing: someone who wants to help collect and oversee the ad book ( getting ad info from businesses who inquire & working with graphic designer and printer).
Time Commitment : 4 hrs a week, 16 a month, ability to meet monthly either virtually or in person for planning team meetings.

Our transformative classes in mindfulness and empathetic communication provide a vital toolkit of inner resources that empowers individuals, families, organizations, and communities-in particular those affected by incarceration-to break patterns of addiction, alienation, and violence and make choices that lead to thriving futures.
