Schedules, locations, time commitment

Workshops will be held on Tuesdays from 1:30pm to 4:30pm at the NYPL Chatham Square Library, and on Thursdays from 10am to 1pm at the NYPL Mid-Manhattan Library, between March and May 2018.

The facilitator will first observe 1 workshop, and then co-facilitate an additional 4 or more workshops, depending on availability.

Each workshop requires several hours of preparation and 3 hours of instruction.

Facilitators are also required to attend a biannual group training of approximately 4 hours, and occasional team meetings.

We are hoping to welcome new facilitators in our team who are interested in being part of NWNY on a long-term basis. As our organization grows, we are expecting more partnerships and more LEAD series in the future!
