Project outline: As Crowddoing team is helping social enterprises with high potential for growth through a great support from skilled volunteers, now its time for this team to fully strategize the plan on the media platform to give a strong base for all the social enterprises.
Role Summary: Volunteer to help find service learning talent to transform the social enterprise sector! We have the challenge of needing help in the human resources sourcing of volunteers to help social enterprises that can address climate change. We are looking for motivated individual who would be really excited to take up this challenging role of Volunteer Social Media Marketing.
Assist in the development and execution of Crowddoing overall social media strategies. Through effective collaboration with other marketing management teams, develop engaging, shareable content to ensure alignment with overall enterprise message.
Manage their social presence and creative executions on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blog and on other strategically relevant channels.
Monitor and engage daily in brand-related and relevant social discussions with clients. Work with other team members to resolve potential issues.

Essential Tasks: Assist with the day-to-day management and distribution of contents. Work closely with the Project coordinator, Marketing strategy team, Content Marketing Manager to build & maintain a social media strategy around the promotion of Crowddoing initiatives.
Write and publish social posts & run social campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin)
Engage with various Social enterprises leaders and understand customer prospects across social channels
Skills & Competencies: Previous experience in social media marketing, working on hootsuite or canva. - tech and/or B2B experience is a big plus!
Excellent writing skills and a writing sample to showcase your work
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive self-starter with a passion for tech and media
Comfortable to work virtually Interested in collaborating with CrowdDoing team to learn from what social enterprises have expressed interest in with regards to volunteer engagements
Bachelor’s degree with excellent communication and interviewing skills

Software tools & Program knowledge: Experience in hootsuite or canva or any other social media tool
