We would like to invite community organizations to participate in a very special partnership that will provide a community engagement and marketing opportunity for your organization.

On April 19 through April 22, the 2018 ideastream Auction will hit the airwaves, stream online and be live on Facebook. We are looking for organizations to participate by obtaining a Community Organization Board of auction items that will go on-air during the televised auction, posted online and promoted on Facebook Live posts.

Community Organization Board would entail:

  • Participating organization would secure a board of items
    • A board consists of eight (8) donated items
    • Each donated item has a minimum value of $150 or more
    • An item can be a package of items combined to meet the $150 value
  • Donated items can range from gift cards, gift baskets, physical items, tickets to your fundraisers, certificates for hotel stays, etc.

Community Organization benefits:

  • On-air and online marketing exposure for your organization
  • 10-second video introduction of your organization when your board airs
  • Opportunity for a spokesperson from your organization to be celebrity auctioneer on your board
  • Your Community Organization Board featured live on-air on WVIZ/PBS during the auction
  • Your Community Organization Board streamed live on our auction web stream page on wviz.org
  • Promotion of your board featured on WVIZ’s Facebook Live page
  • Potential of one distinct item from your board to be highlighted in our Item Feature Lounge (area where unique items are discussed in more detail)

We look forward to partnering with your organization to provide a community engagement opportunity beneficial for all. If you have specific questions about the Community Organization Board program, contact Ella Fong at ella.fong@ideastream.org or 216-916-6154.

If your organization is interested in participating, please provide your contact name, title, organization name, email address and telephone number to Siomara Marquetti at Siomara.marquetti@ideastream.org by January 31, 2018.
