If you have a green thumb than this is your heaven! This year we will continue to grow potatoes, tomatoes, corn, kale, cucumbers and many more types of produce. We have a high tunnel and three fields. In springtime, we tap 200 birch trees and produce birch syrup with our wood-fired sap evaporator. We are looking for volunteers who enjoy working outside and getting their hands dirty.
