We have a need for a bus driver who will train to drive the Mini Bus and then complete at least 1 day of service per week.
The drive is very short and our kids are very well behaved! You would need to pick up the bus at 2:45 at our learning center and then drive a short distance to pick up our scholars, and then you would drive them back to our learning center. All this would be done by 3:30 and you'd be done! This takes place every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
You wouldn't need to commit to all three days, you could just do one or two!
It's also a great way to get to know the scholars, as they are getting on the bus and waiting. It's a nice time to talk while they aren't doing their homework.
If you serve with us for at least 6 months, we will reimburse you the cost of your Finger Print Clearance Card. However, it will be an up front cost of $72 to obtain the card if you don't already have it.

Description
Boys Hope Girls Hope is a non-profit, multi-denominational and multi-ethnic organization, which provides scholarships to meet all of the needs for academically capable youth who may be held back by invisible barriers within their families or community.
Our residential and community-based programs offer comprehensive services and support systems that nurture the self-confidence, discipline and focus required to test children's academic limits and allow them to achieve dreams they once thought were out of their reach.
All scholars receive full educational scholarships to private college-prep schools, mentoring, tutoring, access to multiple enrichment activities and support through college.
