1500 Sea Road NERio Rancho, NM 87174

Galloping Grace Youth Ranch in Rio Rancho, NM is looking for volunteer ranch hands to work anywhere from once a month to 5 days a week. The ranch has a couple hundred animals, including cows, pigs, goats, chickens, lamas, and rabbits. Help care for animals, garden, paint, build structures, perform general maintenance and more.

Galloping Grace Youth Ranch is a fully sustainable non-profit ranch that diverts scrap food from grocery stores and food banks from going to landfills and uses it to feed our animals, including pigs, cattle, chickens, goats, lamas, horses and rabbits. Meat processed from our animals is donated to food banks and pantries. The earth is impacted, as food in landfills creates gases that are warming our planet. We divert over 2 million pounds of food from landfills to battle global warming and we help feed the hungry in NM. Most importantly we educate children on sustainable agriculture and develop children into leaders.
