About

Global Water Dances, a program of the Laban/ Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies, connects and supports a global community of choreographers and dancers to inspire action and international collaboration for water issues through the universal language of dance.

Description

The Salesforce Specialist provides day-to-day Salesforce upkeep and end-user support to the GWD team, as well as backup Salesforce administration and configuration.


Qualifications:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator

  • Experience providing training to new Salesforce users

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a global team environment with members working remotely in various time zones

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to function in a consulting role including researching solutions and providing recommendations


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual training for new Salesforce users

  • Create end-user training documents and videos

  • Provide day-to-day end user support

  • Assist with researching, implementing, and maintaining integrations, workflow, and other Salesforce solutions as needed

  • Monitor data quality

  • Ensure proper utilization of systems and processes

  • Develop, manage and implement reports and dashboards in support of GWD’s mission and tasks

  • Import and manage documents within CRM content libraries

  • Create and maintain workflow rules

  • Submit regular updates to the Program Manager to ensure ongoing maintenance and development of the Salesforce platform, including recommendations for further development
