Like to heave heavy things on occasion? Bored of those Saturdays spent at home? Want to help end poverty housing in your community? The Habitat for Humanity ReStore is looking for a dependable, able-bodied volunteer to help us during our hectic Saturdays! This person will need to be comfortable working with the public and at times working with little direct supervision from a staff member. Volunteering at the ReStore can get a little physical, with us assisting donors and shoppers with heavy merchandise - from couches, entertainment centers, toilets, and anything in between - so being comfortable with team-lifting is a must!

Description
Habitat for Humanity builds homes in partnership with low income families. We sell homes to our partners at 0% interest and below fair market value, making homeowners affordable. Our volunteers support Habitat's mission through assisting in construction, fundraising activities, support activities, and in our ReStore.
