ORGANIZATION: Meridian Library District

  • 1 person is interested

Are you interested in exploring librarianship as a career field? Or maybe you're great with kids and would like to get some experience helping with early literacy. Student Volunteer Interns will be working with our Youth Services department and its staff during the 2018 Spring semester. Interns start job-shadowing and training with a staff mentor and go on to help facilitate successful library programs for children and teens.

We're so glad you're interested in joining our team of volunteers as an intern! Once you have filled out the application, you will be added to an applicant pool for this opportunity and may be contacted for an interview by the end of January 2018. Those who are not selected for a volunteer internship are welcome to join our team as a regular volunteer, and will be provided with that option after the selection process.
