Are you looking to give back to a New Mexican nonprofit? Are you outgoing, friendly and looking for a place to use those skills for good?
Come volunteer to do outreach for trainings with the New Mexican Direct Caregivers Coalition! We provide FREE trainings to caregivers around the state, and we need help getting the word out! Volunteer time could be spent calling and emailing caregiver agencies and individual caregivers to let them know about our free trainings. It could also be spent putting up flyers for our trainings in public places (like coffee shops, laundry mats and community centers).
We hope to get as many participants in our free professional development trainings as possible - you can help us!

Mission Statement
New Mexico Direct Caregivers Coalition was created to promote the voice of family and professional caregivers and those they serve. We advocate for direct care workers' education, training, benefits, wages and professional development.
Description
NMDCC strives to better the lives of the more than 400,000 family caregivers and the more than 60,000 professional caregivers in New Mexico today. We provide training opportunities and advocacy for caregivers around the state. We believe happier, better-trained caregivers are caregivers who can give the most quality care to vulnerable seniors and New Mexicans with disabilities.
