Tired of Seeing Trash Strewn In and Along Waterways?
Adopt it!
Come with your family or gather your friends, coworkers, club members, or associates and become a member of the Adopt-A-Stream program!
Participating groups will be asked to complete two stream clean-ups per year at their chosen stream segment. We provide all the supplies (trash bags, gloves, grabbers, etc.), training, and safety information. We will even come help out and dispose of all your trash!
We also offer additional opportunities for groups to improve streams through tree planting, invasive species removal, stream monitoring, and education outreach events.
