Participate and assist in special trips, events, concerts on-site and off-site with our Veteran patients.
Duties may include helping Veterans in wheelchairs, helping with directions around hospital, setting up for events, assisting Veterans with snacks after events;
Off-site activities include assisting Veterans onto busses, attending sporting events (example Red Sox games, local games like the Lowell Spinners), etc., (your transportation is provided on the bus with the Veterans).
Volunteers should be polite, energetic, friendly and enthusiastic. We are looking forward to hearing from you, training and orientation is provided.
