NAMI CVA will have a booth at the Annual CBS 6 Women's Health & Fitness Expo - over 4,000 attendees are expected! The Expo is at the Greater Richmond Convention Center from 10 A.M - 3 P.M.; volunteers are needed for 2-hour shifts of their choice.
If you are interested in volunteering for a health fair but can't attend this particular one, please send along your information anyway! We participate in plenty of health and wellness events throughout the year and can always use an extra hand.

Mission Statement
NAMI-CVA promotes recovery and improves the quality of life for Virginian's with serious mental illness and their families through education, support, advocacy, consumer and family initiatives, and anti-stigma campaigns.
Description
NAMI-CVA provides Peer, Family, and Health education programs. NAMI-CVA also educates the general public, law enforcement and the mental health community. NAMI-CVA provides support and advocacy and engages in anti-stigma campaigns.
