Job Description
Gifts team members report to the Gifts Team Specialist and are responsible for assisting with
planning and assembling gifts for volunteers, clients, and organizational events. Team members
are required to attend monthly team meetings and volunteer five hours per month in the office.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Assist in planning and assembling gifts for monthly brothel visits (Las Vegas team only).
2. Assist in planning and assembling gifts for client events.
3. Prepare and/or find gifts for volunteer events as needed, such as Sweet Run, Cupcake of
the Month, anniversary gifts, and volunteer appreciation.
4. Provide ideas for Gifts Team projects for Monday and Wednesday volunteer events, as
requested.
5. Research budget-friendly gift ideas for the Gifts Specialist, and/or share them at team
meetings.
6. Assist the Gifts Specialist with additional projects on request.
7. Volunteer a minimum of 5 hours per month
8. Attend monthly Gifts Team meetings
9. Log office hours in Podio.
