Wild Again Rescue believes that EVERY Life Has Value which makes this rescue very diverse. From domestic barn animals (horses, goat, pigs, geese...) to exotics (parrots) to Ohio Wildlife (squirrels, bunnies, raccoons, opossums, fox...) we need compassionate dedicated volunteers in the various divisions!
Licensed by State of Ohio DNR, Wild Again rescues, rehabilitates and releases orphaned, injured or sick wildlife. 90% of the wildlife brought to Wild Again are infants that have been orphaned for one reason or another. They are usually too young to regulate their own body temperature or eat on their own. We need volunteers (18 years or older) to help care for these babies. Clean cages, bottle feed, maintain proper cage temperatures, assist with medical treatments, etc... Shifts are available around the clock; 24/7. Each volunteer will be trained for the appropriate tasks of various levels.
Work in a beautiful country setting caring for barn animals; horses, pigs, goat, geese, etc.
Morning and Evening shifts available 7 days a week. Current assignments include: cleaning stalls, maintaining fresh waters for all the animals, maintaining light general barn cleaning (sweeping floors, cleaning feed dishes, removing cob webs, etc)
