Come be a of Eugene's Living History. Assistants needed for serving High Tea at the Shelton McMurphey Johnson House Feb 10th and Feb 11th. Volunteer shifts are 2 hours long and start at 12:30pm and end at Approx. 4:30pm. This is a fun way to gain service hours and be involved in your community. Our mission is to preserve the Shelton McMurphey Johnson House for the benefit of current and future generations. In doing so, we will be our community’s storyteller through the lens of inclusive historic preservation.
Description
The Shelton-McMurphey-Johnson House is a National Historic Place, owned and maintained by the City of Eugene. It is administered by a non-profit citizens’s group called the Shelton-McMurphey-Johnson Associates.
