AseraCare Hospice is all about improving the quality of life of our patients as they face the end of life journey. If you are a trained massage therapist, or Healing Touch or Reiki practitioner and have an interest in donating your time on a limited basis to patients and/or their family members experiencing deep crises of grief, please consider volunteering with us. We serve the 7 county area around Omaha, but would never ask you to drive further than you are comfortable. You would serve under the direction of the RN Case Manager. Training as a Hospice volunteer is provided.

Description
AseraCare is a family-centered hospice. We provide hospice services to patients and their families in the place they call home - in their apartment or house, assisted living or nursing home. Our services include RN case management, home health aid visits, social work, spiritual care, volunteers, and bereavement support for the families.
