The Salt Lake City Marathon 2018 is looking for responsible, hard-working, and charitable student organizations from the University of Utah to volunteer at the Salt Lake City Marathon on April 21, 2018. Is that for you?
Join the team of over 1000 committed volunteers dedicated to take an active role in the fight against cancer. We fight along with the Huntsman Hometown Heroes for research to eradicate cancer in a cause that matters to our community. Volunteers play a vital role in the success of this annual event that hosts over 8000 participants. It is a fun, fast, and exciting way to serve and promote your organization!
There are a variety of jobs to match your talents -- all are fun and interactive!
As a volunteer, you network with runners, business leaders, and community members from all walks of life. Join the ranks of socially responsible volunteers with the Salt Lake City Marathon where every voice and action matters.
Not only will you feel great about the good you're doing for our race and community, but you will be taken care of! Every volunteer receives a special event souvenir t-shirt and a goody bag full of snacks and sponsor give-a-ways. We love our volunteers and we make sure they know it!

Description
Founded in 1988 and celebrating its 35th year in 2023, Chicago Special Events Management (SEM) has grown to become the largest producer of events in the Midwest. These range in size from fundraising runs & walks that draw 500-10,000 participants, to weekend-long art and street festivals that attract between 15,000-150,000 attendees. SEM has a full-time staff of 32 employees and produces 100-plus events of every shape and size each year. All of the events produced by SEM support a non-for-profit beneficiary in the community.
