Exam proctor for NABCEP PV

The duties of a NABCEP proctor are: - Sign, scan, return the proctor agreement form - Review the NABCEP Exam Administration manual (will be given if selected to volunteer) - Receive the exam and paperwork via UPS or Fed Ex - Safeguard the exams - Set up the exam room the day of the exam - Confirm candidate eligibility and ID on day of exam - Provide each candidate with an equal opportunity to pass the exam by following all guidelines in the NABCEP Administration Manual - Safeguard the exam by following all security procedures and practices - Ship all materials after the test (some forms back to Minneapolis, and some to the testing agency) - Follow all procedures and practices laid out in manual Once these duties are completed, we will pay the proctor $150. Just a note that proctors 1) may not have taken the NABCEP PV Associate Exam within three years, and 2) may not take the NABCEP PV Associate Exam in the three years following the proctored exam.

In 1990 we were incorporated as a 501(c)3 non profit after The First Annual Energy Fair. We’re headquartered in Custer, WI with remote offices in Milwaukee, WI and Saint Paul, MN.
We’re always looking for volunteers throughout the year and to help run our Energy Fair taking place in Custer, WI on June 21-23, 2019. We’re an organization that was established by hardworking and enthusiastic volunteers. We hope you’ll join us for some volunteer fun! Shine On-
