THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a WordPress Wizard (i.e., a WordPress web developer and designer) who would like to work with us as an unpaid intern during the 2018 calendar year (or summer of 2018, time negotiable).
WHAT WE'D NEED YOU TO DO
We'd need for you to:
1) Take a holistic view of our website and make suggestions for its improvement
2) Make design and content edits
3) Try new things
WHY THIS IS FUN
You will not just be given tasks to do. We are looking for a strategic PARTNER who can make suggestions and implement them. We want your ideas!
WHAT YOU'LL GET OUT OF IT

Mission Statement
To spark policy change in every state and at the national level to ensure all K-12 students receive comprehensive media literacy education and skills.
Description
The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be: to promote social welfare, including but not limited to: (1) developing and advocating for legislation, regulations and government programs to ensure students receive critical media literacy education in grades k through 12; (2) raising awareness about the need for such education; (3) conducting research about and publicizing the positions of elected officials concerning these issues.
