I am looking for a volunteer that loves literacy and can be committed to volunteer once a week. I would like to have them here to work with the Maker Space area (an area where kids explore) or work with the kids on checking out books and finding a book.
A one time a week commitment for a couple hours would work out wonderfully!

The mission statement of the Library at Sandy Lane is to let children explore literature and use this space to boost their creative minds.
Description
The library is new for me this year and I want to do so many things for our students. One thing I want to begin is a maker space in the library where children can come in and explore. I am looking for someone that would like to start this new adventure with me and our students.
