Do you love history? Do you love working with kids? Would you like an opportunity to combine those loves? The Philip Foster Farm Historic Site is a historic site on the Oregon Trail. We are looking for people who want to help with our school field trip programs. You will learn about the history of the Barlow Road and the Philip Foster Farm and then explain that history to school groups, lead them in historic activities, or demonstrate some pioneer life activities.

Description
The five-acre farm site includes original and reproduction buildings of 1847-1920 vintage from the family of Philip Foster, who helped establish and maintain the Barlow road, welcoming thousands of wagon train emigrants, helping them establish farms and businesses, and guaranteeing the success of Oregon as a US state.
