Special Olympics New Jersey has volunteer opportunities for our Young Athletes Program. Young Athletes is an inclusive sports play program for children ages 2 through 7 that prepares them for future participation in sports while improving gross motor, social and cognitive skills. It’s play with a purpose!

Special Olympics New Jersey provides year-round training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities or other related developmental disabilities.
Description
Special Olympics New Jersey provides sports training to athletes through local school, agency and community programs that compete on the Area (county), Sectional and Chapter levels in 24 sports throughout all four sports seasons.
