During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkoma, Inc.
The primary responsibility of a Ronald McDonald House volunteer is to assist in providing a "home away from home" for families of children. Our volunteers do a little bit of everything, including checking in families, baking desserts, restocking rooms, light housekeeping, answering phones, assisting with mailings, data entry, and more.
Generally our volunteers commit to a three-hour shift each week. The House operates with volunteers and staff 24/7. We are very flexible in finding a schedule that works for you!
Due to COVID-19 we have temporarily suspended our volunteer services inside of the program. We would love to remain connected for future and virtual opportunities as they arise! If you are interested, please continue to connect and we will reach out with more information!

The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well being of children. We believe that when you change a child’s life, you change a family’s, which can change a community, and ultimately the world.
At Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkoma, we believe in fostering the well-being and progress of young lives. Through our programs, we're helping to ensure a brighter future for the generation of tomorrow. We currently provide dental care to children through our Ronald McDonald Care Mobile and a "home-away-from-home" for families of ill or injured children through our Ronald McDonald Family Rooms in Fort Smith and Rogers and in Fayetteville through our Ronald McDonald House. We appreciate the support and investment of the community!
We'll work with your schedule.
