YOUR CREATIVITY IS NEEDED! Amedisys Hospice is searching for compassionate, creative individuals to make "Chart A Life" poster boards for our alzheimers and dementia patients. These posters help tell the life stories of our patients who can no longer tell their own stories. Supplies are provided.
