Want to be a bright light for a great humanitarian cause? We need you!

As our bookkeeper and payroll manager, you will monitor our Quick Books accounts and in-house records to ensure accuracy and reliability. You will also provide process payroll for two employees, monthly financial statements to the Board of Directors, and assist The Executive Director in developing and providing an annual budget.

We are an organization founded by women seeking to make a greater contribution to the world. We focus on raising funds and awareness to help women pull themselves out of poverty, knowing that when women are helped, they help their families and their communities. In our first 15 years of operation, we have provided over 18,000 micro loans to help women start small businesses and work their way out of poverty in Uganda, East Africa.
