The Momentum Center is a social and recreation program for individuals with mental illness, disabilities or addictions. The Momentum Center is looking for volunteers to teach classes throughout the month. These classes could include, but not limited to: cooking, basking, knitting, crocheting, social skills, life skills, exercise, stretching, yoga, crafts, bingo, games, etc. Prefer class to be ongoing (monthly, weekly, etc.).
