Sincerus Care Philosophy: Living. It's an attitude as mus as an action. A perception that helps sustain the highest quality of life, even under challenging circumstances. Emphasizing the positive aspects of body, mind, and spirit--as individuals, and as a connected community. Sincerus is a Latin word that means "true" or loyal", a fitting description of an approach to getting the most out of life each day. It's about living.
Many trained professionals can administer medicines. However, we also administer compassion and companionship. We combine state-of-the-art technologies with holistic care principles. This includes disease and symptom management, client/family education, and a multi-dimensional approach to physical, psychological, social, and spiritual care. Our multi-disciplinary team members are highly traing and caring professionals focused towards each client's unique needs, life goals, and priorities towards the end of life. Our services feature: pain and symptom management, psychosocial support and counseling, advance care planning, client and family education, and care management.
Hospice programs are designed to offer support, care and comfort to terminally ill patients in the final stages of life as well as their families.
