The Momentum Center is a social and recreation program for individuals with mental illnesses, disabilities or addictions. The volunteer would provide assistance to members during programming (cooking classes, yoga, exercise, social time, crafts, etc.). The volunteer may also provide assistance during outings in the community (out to lunch, bowling, parks, zoo, etc.).
