The Kush Desai Foundation believes in paying it forward, lifting the less fortunate, and building a strong community. We support quality social programs, fund the development of future leaders, and are creating greater connectivity between social organizations.
We are actively looking for a volunteer non-profit board member to fill the position of President.
The positions require an annual time commitment of 15 hours a year and would include attending quarterly board meetings, voting on and providing inputs on organization issues via email and phone and being a representative for the agency in the Fort Collins community.
The board position is for a term of three years.
President:
The President of the organization would shall preside at meetings of the Board of Directors. The President shall assure that the Board of Directors is advised on all significant matters of the Corporation's business, and shall have other powers and duties that may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or the Bylaws.

Mission Statement
Kush Desai Foundation supports other Colorado-based non-profits that serve victims of domestic violence, children and families, hospice patients, non-profit mental health clinics, students pursuing degrees in Social Work and shelters serving homeless clients by raising public awareness of the organizations, their needs and the communities they serve.
