The Kush Desai Foundation believes in paying it forward, lifting the less fortunate, and building a strong community. We support quality social programs, fund the development of future leaders, and are creating greater connectivity between social organizations.

We are actively looking for a volunteer non-profit board member to fill the positions of Treasurer.

The positions require an annual time commitment of 15 hours a year and would include attending quarterly board meetings, voting on and providing inputs on organization issues via email and phone and being a representative for the agency in the Fort Collins community.

The board position is for a term of three years.

Treasurer:

The treasurer shall be the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, adequate and correct books and records of accounts of the properties and business transactions of the Corporation. The treasurer shall deposit, or cause to be deposited, all money and other valuables in the name and to the credit of the Corporation with those depositories that may be designated by the Board of Directors, shall disburse or cause to be disbursed funds of the Corporation as may be ordered by the Board of Directors, and shall have other powers and perform other duties that may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or these Bylaws.
