2018 LunarFest

Event Overview:

LunarFest is a Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics legacy event, and a celebration like no other! Our 2018 Tour celebrates the Year of the Dog in the following locations:

  • Oakridge Centre, Vancouver -- Feb 7 - 25, 2018
  • Vancouver Playhouse, Vancouver -- Feb 16, 2018
  • Living Arts Centre, Mississauga -- Feb 18 - 19, 2018
  • Vancouver Art Gallery Plaza, Vancouver -- Feb 18 & Feb 24-25, 2018
  • Native Sons Hall, Courtenay -- Mar 4, 2018

This event features the highly anticipated Moon Crawl, a variety of workshops and activities, delicious and festive food, and all sorts of FREE family fun!

Volunteers Overview:

We’re looking for volunteers to help in a variety of roles including: setup and takedown, greeters and ushers, stage manager, assistants, exhibition attendants and photographers.

The effort and enthusiasm of our volunteers is integral to our success. Join our volunteer family to spread the love, discover new experiences, and make lifelong friends!

Our signature events are spread throughout the year: LunarFest near the end of winter, TAIWANfest and IPACI in the summer, and "We Are Canadians, Too!" event in partnership with Canadian Heritage and Canada 150.
