Volunteers are needed to assist students with Reading as well as provide homework help during the Afterschool program at Dunleith Elementary School in Marietta. The program operates Mon- Fri from 2:30 - 6:00PM.
Some literacy opportunities are also available during the typical school day at Dunleith and Hickory Hills Elementary Schools. The committment is 1 hour per week.
An application that includes permission to obtain a background check is required.
Tutoring does not take place at our office it takes place at the schools.
Dunleith is located at 120 Saine Drive, Marietta GA 30008
Hickory Hills is located at 500 Redwood Dr., SW. Marietta, GA 30064

Communities In Schools of Marietta/Cobb County, Inc. is a collaborative organization that serves students in the Marietta City and Cobb County School districts. CISMCC provides services and activities to students that are geared toward successful completion of their education. CISMCC also provides parenting education programs to assist parents in helping their children succeed in school.
