First Things Foundation is a small, but growing Non-Profit Organization aimed at generating momentum for the poor by assisting local visionaries in their quest for a better life. This means that we actively engage with poor entrepreneurs, visionaries, local leaders, and community projects. We consult, facilitate, and network people together in order to get their projects off the ground.
This is not your average job! We live the same as those we serve, meaning: cold concrete floors, only filtered water, local meals and lots of walking.
And because we are small, you'll have the opportunity to directly impact the growth and direction of our Foundation.
We are looking for a motivated individual who believes in offering hand-ups not hand-outs and is willing to live and breathe Guatemala for 2 years.
