ORGANIZATION: Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program

The Food Security Coalition - MCHPP supports organizations involved with increasing access to food for hungry people in the Mid Coast Maine area.

We are looking for someone to take minutes at the monthly meeting of Mid Coast area food pantry directors and community partners working together to provide food to hungry people. Submit minutes to Coalition Coordinator to be distributed to over 50 coalition members. Minutes increase knowledge regarding food insecurity and provide information to assist in food pantry operations.

The meeting is held in Wiscasset, Maine generally on the 4 th Thursday of the month from 1-3 pm.

Skills:

-Ability to record details of meeting proceedings


Requirements and Commitment:

- 2 hr meeting in Wiscasset, once per month + additional time to edit minutes and send to Coalition coordinator

- Access to laptop to take minutes preferable. Alternative arrangements possible.
