Every year Blue Jay Point County Park seeks volunteers to help at our annual festival celebrating World Migratory Bird Day and the return of our feathered friends. Opportunities include running game booths, learning stations and craft tables, parking assistance and event cleanup. Songbird Celebration is a great volunteer opportunity. If you are a teen or an adult, you can register for a volunteer session - you are committing to the entire session for which you register!

Multiple time slots available:
Volunteer time slot: 10-1 p.m. (morning)
Volunteer time slot: 1-4 p.m. (afternoon)
Volunteer time slot: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. (all day)
Volunteer time slot: 3-5 p.m. (clean-up)

Mission Statement
Blue Jay Point County Park is a 236-acre park that was once primarily agricultural land. A majority of this acreage is now second-growth forestlands. We have roughly three acres dedicated to open play fields, playgrounds, an environmental education center and an overnight lodge. There are five miles of trails within the park.
