El Centro Hispanoamericano in Plainfield is seeking volunteer English teachers for its ESL program. The next session will begin on October 15th. El Centro offers its classes on Saturday mornings, as well as Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evenings, in order to fit into the schedule of working adults. Most of our students are Spanish speakers, so some Spanish is helpful, but classroom instruction is in English.
