On February 17, 2018, we will host our annual charity gala. Volunteers will be needed for setup (8a-12p) and for event execution (5:30p-11:30p). Setup volunteers wear comfortable clothing suitable for event setup. Event execution volunteers may wear business attire (slacks with blouse/dress/skirt with blouse/slacks with button-up) or semi formal attire (slacks with button up and jacket/semi-formal dress).
Event execution volunteers will assist in one of the following: registration/check-in, auction, raffle, games or coat check. Additional information may be found at www.beadsandthebrave.org.

Mission Statement
Warriors for Freedom Foundation is a charitable, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization that provides support to our nation’s heroes and their families in the areas of outdoor activities, scholarships, legal assistance, and mental health and wellness as well as to promote awareness of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and Combat Stress Reaction (CSR). We were founded in 2011 by Major Ed Pulido, United States Army retired and Brett Dick. Major Ed lost his leg in 2004 to an IED explosion in Iraq and experience, first hand, the challenges, highs and lows following combat and combat injury.
Description
We host nearly 30 events every year that we seek volunteers for. They range from golf tournaments to formal galas.
