Can you smile? Are you able to provide great customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast pace and at times a slow pace environment? Do you believe in our mission and vision? Do you have one or more years of experience in an administrative environment? Our Front Office is an important front line area of the House. We are looking for you to provide great customer service to our families, staff, guests, visitors, and fellow volunteers. Along with assisting our Reception desk with basic operations and duties you will also be assisting our Team with House Tours, room checks, and other duties as assigned.

Description
Ronald McDonald House Charities, a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) corporation, creates, finds and supports programs that directly improve the health and well being of children. Its grassroots-driven programs offer help where children need it most - right in their own communities. These programs provide a bridge to accessible health care and allow families more time together, which helps in the healing process.
