The Teen Advisory Group, supporters for the Page Public Library.This is a chance for teens to tell the Librarian what they want from their Library. They help make the Library a more interesting place for teens by providing opportunities for teens to express themselves within an educational and self-enriching environment.
Teen Advisory Board will meet twice a month to discuss and plan for special Library programs. In addition, they also make suggestions for book, CD, and DVD purchases for the Library's Teen Collection. Improve your library, Learn cool things, Make friends, Gain skills to enhance your resume or college applications, Earn community service hours, Have fun!Do you enjoy acting, reading aloud and telling stories?

Description
The Get Involved Collaborative seeks new ways to use the skills and experience of library volunteers to make a difference in their community. Public libraries are positioned to engage this talent to extend their capacity in the community and to develop advocates and supporters of library services. The Get Involved Collaborative comprises libraries from California, Idaho, Arizona and Texas.
