About

Do you have a pet that brings you joy, unconditional love, brightens your day, loves attention, and gives affection!?

The human-animal bond is a mutually beneficial and dynamic relationship between people and animals that positively influences the health and well-being of both. While many of us understand the benefits of positive interactions with animals in our lives, the impact the human-animal bond can have on individual and community health is great.

  • Animals have a special way of showing unconditional love & affection to lift the spirit!
  • Animals help to bring joy and encourage social interaction, especially with those who are starting to withdraw from others or unable to engage in other activities.

  • Animal Assisted/Pet Therapy has been proven to reduce anxiety & pain symptoms, lower blood pressure, ease depression, and relieve boredom & loneliness.
  • Contact with animal companions is especially meaningful to patients who are no longer able to care for their own beloved pet!
