Tracking "certification status" in wordpress
WhenIt's flexible! We'll work with your schedule.

We're developing a new certification program for security personnel. Specifically, targeting government, military, domestic violence shelter employees, and other similar entities. We need a method to deliver a tiered certification program and track continuing education credits.
To make it easy, we can manually update the information for each person. All users will (or already do) have an account in the "member's portal" managed through wordpress.
When logging in, users will see a "certification status" tab. If they already have a certification, it will show them their status, certification level, and when they need to upload continuing education credits. They can also upload their certificates and other artifacts here.
If they do not have a certification already, there will be an option to request a voucher. It's free, of course, and can be managed through our moodle platform. We should be able to handle that piece- we just need help with the tracking platform.
The Operations Security Professional's Association (OSPA) is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides security awareness and training to a diverse audience that includes schools, government / military, domestic violence centers, private sector entities and more.
About the OSPA logo
The OSPA logo is a purple dragon protectively clutching the earth. The purple dragon has a special significance in the OPSEC community, as it was the mascot of the original team that developed the process. In mythology, the dragon is known for protecting treasure; it's often depicted guarding gold or other riches. With OPSEC, the dragon is protecting those things that are important to us. The OSPA logo depicts the "purple dragon" of OPSEC protecting the world.
