Attention Crafters Have you ever considered becoming a Hospice volunteer. Our Crafters club is a group of dedicated crafters who make various items for our patients . Quilts, Afghans, scrapbooking, and more. People helping people ,,, that is what giving your time to hospice is all about. Our crafters are indirect volunteers so there is no patient contact ( if you would be interested in becoming a visiting volunteer please let me know) We get together once a month to share ideas, techniques, and friendships.
One training class is required before you start (the first Wednesday of every month at 5:00) Please bring a craft item for show and share,, after that we meet every third Wednesday at 5:00 in our office. The hours are flexible, the atmosphere is relaxed and fun.
