ROOTS is a young adult shelter that is almost exclusively volunteer run, serving 18-25 year olds. We are open 365 days a year, with up to 45 guests per night. Volunteers are needed to help with preparing and serving dinner, handing out supplies, and most importantly, building meaningful relationships with the folks who stay here. This is a great chance to make a visible impact in the lives of the people we serve, and be part of a wonderful volunteer community. Check out our Facebook page at or the website and see below for more info if you would like to be a part of ROOTS.
