Want a hands-on approach? Project LIFT’s Youth Fitness volunteer will work directly with our Tuesday UpLIFT program for 30 - 45-minutes. The volunteer will assist program participants in staying fit and identifying fun opportunities that all can enjoy.
This volunteer opportunity will require:
- Teach the youth team-building and fitness activities
- Encourage the student involvement in each activity.
- Ensure each activity is fun but safe
- Outdoor Recreation
- Dance / Aerobics
- Sports Coaching
- Martial Arts
