Music programs improve graduation rates:
Schools with music programs have an estimated 90.2% graduation rate, compared with 72.9% at schools without music programs. The Salvation Army is proud to provide music and arts programs that many schools can no longer afford.
We are excited to offer brass, piano, ballet, jazz, guitar, percussion, and more! But we need your help to make these classes possible. By volunteering your talents, you can ensure that the next generation won't miss out on experiencing the fine arts.
Click the I want to help! button to connect with us and learn more about this opportunity! We are looking for volunteers who can be an ongoing presence in the lives of these kids by committing to regular attendance. Unsure if you can make that commitment? Please volunteer and let us know what you can commit - we are here to help you serve this community!
